I am grateful to our Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, Hon’ble President JP Nadda ji, Hon’ble Home Minister Amit Shah ji and party elders and organization for reposing their faith in me and appointing me as one of the National Spokespersons for the party.

I will work with the same dedication, enthusiasm and zeal, with which I have worked for my constituency and its people.

I acknowledge the faith, love and blessings bestwoed upon me by the people of Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency and also the people from Darjeeling hills, Terai and Dooars whose goodwill and goodwishes have made this day possible.

I congratulate all those who have been given responsibilities by the party. I look forward to learning from and working with all my seniors and colleagues.
